A classic version of Tiramisù with mascarpone cream, eggs, granulated sugar, and coffee. The ladyfingers are soaked in coffee and layered with the mascarpone mix to create this delightful dessert.

1: Prepare coffee and season it with sugar/milk/cream if desired, then set aside. 2: Separate egg whites from yolks. 3: In the egg whites bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix at high speed until fluffy and uniform (stiff peaks). 4: Add the remaining sugar to the yolks and mix until creamy and pale. 5: In the same yolk bowl, add mascarpone cheese and mix until uniform. 6: Carefully fold the fluffy egg whites into the yolk mixture with a spatula until uniform. 7: Add a layer of mascarpone cream to the bottom of your serving dish. 8: Soak lady fingers in the coffee very briefly and then layer them over the mascarpone. 9: Allow the tiramisù to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. 10: If desired, sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
